My Thoughts on Keto Diet and why Massage is great for you


How many people have tried to lose weight and wind up with a big fat monthly bill on their credit card for diet plans. I bet you all know only too well what I am talking about. How many of you have been caught where you join up as a first time member and you start your diet feeling hungry and miserable tired, low on energy because you can only have a shake for your meals and some ridiculous diet plan that wouldn't even be enough to feed a cat Although you do lose weight and  you do stick with the diet plan you eventually end your membership and go at it on your own. And when you do go off the plan and start eating normally again that’s when the weight comes back double of what you were originally,leaving you back at square one feeling stressed at having to try loosing the weight gained on top of your original size. Well I’m going to try help save you a fortune and give you some good advice. Number one, go visit your doctor and get all your bloods and cholesterol checkups first and ask your doctor about the Keto diet.

Regular massage is all about reconnecting with your body and getting back into yourself. As you continue to take time out to relax and care for your body through regular appointments, you’ll naturally become more aware of your body’s needs and more motivated to meet them.

Here are a few tips that I hope will help put you onto the right track. But I do warn you now you will gain weight and that will be in the area of your purse or wallet!!! My best advice to everybody ask your doctor about the Keto diet . I really suggest joining  Keto groups as I have found them really supportive and great with suggesting recipes etc. Optifast shakes are great but cost around $48 New Zealand Price for a box Opti Fast Shakes i use for my deserts and in recipes for sweet snacks avoiding sugar. Honestly the reason i am saying this is because I’ve been there done it and I now am on my own journey living a healthier lifestyle making healthier choices.  they are great for fat bombs desserts as they are so tasty.

Here is my quick fix chocolate no bake recipe

Cocoa powder couple scoops

Peanut butter slap it on approximately 3 Generous Tablespoons

Butter 100 grams

Peppermint essence a tsp.

Vanilla essence 2 table spoons

Shredded coconut 2 handfuls

1 Opti fast sachet flavor of your choice

Add a dash of milk mix together and freeze

I have lost around 12kgs so far!

There are a few changes to your eating plan and its actually not as bad as I expected it to be I have cut out Processed foods Bread and Starchy Vegetables,Keto Diet has recipes for Bread and Pizza's and you can still have chocolate and lose weight. At the moment i am eating 50% fats 20% Protein 5% carbs and feel full.
